Product Details
Monel 400 (UNS N04400, W.N.r 2.4360) is a solid-solution alloy that exhibits exceptional resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking and performs reliably in reducing environments. The alloy remains ductile and tough at sub-zero temperatures while resisting oxidation at elevated temperatures up to 760°C (1400°F) in intermittent service. Typical applications include marine hardware, chemical processing equipment, heat exchangers, pump shafts, valve components, and aerospace fuel systems. Each product is supplied with full material traceability and mill test certificates (EN 10204 Type 3.1) upon request.
