Features: Incoloy800/800H/800HT has a restricted carbon content range of 0.05 to 0.10%, which is in the upper portion of that of Incoloy 800, and is annealed at 1149 to 1177℃ (Incoloy 800 is annealed at 983 to 1038℃). These differences impart it to have higher stress rupture and creep properties than Incoloy 800
Incoloy800/800H/800HT tubes and pipes are engineered for demanding applications in petrochemical, power generation, and heat-treating industries. This austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy delivers reliable performance in superheater tubes, furnace components, and chemical processing systems. With exceptional formability and consistent wall uniformity, it enables efficient fabrication while meeting stringent safety and quality standards for critical service environments
Applications: Chemical and petrochemical process piping, high temperature heat exchangers, furnace components, carburizing equipment, heating-element sheathing, and nuclear power steam superheating tubing.
