Nickel 200 (UNS N02200) is a commercially pure wrought nickel alloy with exceptional mechanical properties across a broad temperature range. It demonstrates excellent ductility and formability, allowing for easy fabrication through cold forming, machining, and welding. This alloy maintains its integrity in applications requiring low gas content and low vapor pressure. Typical uses include chemical processing equipment, caustic evaporators, electronic components, lead wires, battery terminals, and food handling equipment. Each product is supplied with full material traceability and mill test certificates (EN 10204 Type 3.1) upon request.
